Ingredients
1/4 cup Carapelli extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon each chopped fresh thyme and rosemary
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Favorite cut of beef steak

Preparation Directions
In large plastic food storage bag, combine all marinade ingredients. Add steaks and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2-24 hours. Grill steaks to desired doneness.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes + 2-24 hours to marinate

Wine Suggestion: Merlot or Cabernet
