
This is a great marinade for flank steak,
chicken breast or shrimp for fajitas.
Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Cooking Directions
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Marinate meat, poultry or seafood.
Makes enough marinade for 1 pound of meat.
