This
also makes a great marinade for chicken breast, shrimp and scallops.
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup sesame oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
4(1-inch thick) salmon steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Cooking Directions
In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Carapelli
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sesame oil, honey, ginger and garlic.
Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile,
prepare grill. Lightly brush hot grill with a small amount of
Carapelli Olive Oil to prevent the salmon steaks from sticking.
Place salmon steaks directly over medium heat and grill for 8-12
minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily, turning once.
Serves 4.
