Basic Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3/4 cup Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Carapelli Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions
In bowl, whisk together Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil and vinegar until well combined. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve with favorite salad greens. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

Important! Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
