Ingredients
1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Carapelli mild olive oil
Preparation Directions
In work bowl of food processor or blender, process basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic and salt until a paste forms. With the machine running, add oil in a steady stream until evenly blended.
