Ingredients
3/4 cup Warm water
1.5 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 tsp. Almond extract
3/4 cup Cocoa powder
5 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
1 3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 cup Carapelli Organic Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

Mix first four ingredients in a bowl. In a mixer blend five eggs, two egg yolks and sugar until white and creamy. Add one cup of Carapelli Organic Olive Oil. Add the cocoa power. Next add flour, baking soda and salt. Spray baking pan with Carapelli Organic Olive Oil.

Bake 45 minutes at 350º F. Let cool and enjoy.

Makes a 10" cake.
