Italian Vinaigrette



Ingredients
1/2 cup Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Carapelli Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon each dried leaf oregano and basil
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Cooking Directions
In bowl, whisk together Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar until well combined. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve over favorite salad greens. Makes about 1 cup.

Important! Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
