Ingredients
3/4 cup Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Carapelli Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash ground red pepper
Cooking Directions
In bowl, combine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, paprika, salt, dry mustard, garlic powder and ground red pepper. Gradually add Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil and whisk until well blended. Serve over favorite salad greens. Makes about 1 cup.
Important! Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
