Creole Sauce


This tangy Creole Sauce makes a great accompaniment to crab cakes. For a creamy condiment, simply stir in 2 tablespoons of Creole sauce to 1 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Ingredients
1/3 cup Carapelli Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Carapelli Mild Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Directions
In small bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss with shredded cabbage for a zesty coleslaw or serve over steamed vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, artichokes, onions and tomatoes.
